Non-exclusive: is when you choose an existing design of mine to be manufactured by you or the manufacturer of your choice, and sold as finished goods.
I retain the rights of the design and it may also be licensed non-exclusive to other companies at the same time.
The design will remain for sale on sites such as Spoonflower and other POD sites.
Exclusive: is when you choose an existing design of mine or I create a new bespoke artwork to be manufactured by you or the manufacturer of your choice, and sold as finished goods.
I retain the right to use the design during the licensing period for any other purpose not specified in the agreement. e.g. if you licensed for wallpaper, I might also license it within a different category like clothing.
At the end of the term, you will have the opportunity yo renew the agreement. If you decide not to, the rights to the design revert back to me.
